Current Opportunity

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team in Ohsweken as part-time or full-time Community Nurses. This role involves developing and maintaining effective care plans for patients, working independently or in cooperation with Ontario Health atHome. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional nursing services to patients in-person and performing other clinical duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2-step TB test
  • Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
