As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Performing dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
- Recording patient data
- Conducting oral health assessments and providing patients with simple terms on oral hygiene techniques
- Taking dental X-rays as needed
- Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
- Upkeeping laboratory and operatory environments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- High-level knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and ability to discuss treatment plans with patients professionally and effectively
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with dental office management software (Tracker knowledge is an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering patient trust and satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Maintains a valid CPR/First Aid certification
