We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our team members are working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising team members and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Group insurance benefits.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English or French.
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
