Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at 627636 NB ltd/N.-B. ltee. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain food and service quality standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain Records: Accurately record stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Supervise Tray Assembly: Oversee the assembly of trays, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of the team and the business.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
