About the Role:

KHALSA PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with our physiotherapists and occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress to track their improvement and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work setting: Office of a healthcare professional
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, judgement, accuracy, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
