We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at S1 FOOD SERVICE. As a culinary leader, you will oversee kitchen operations and manage staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (an asset).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
