Job Title: Cannabis Trim Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Trim Labourer to join our team at AtlantiCann Medical Inc.

Job Summary:

The Cannabis Trim Labourer will be responsible for trimming and preparing cannabis crops for packaging and distribution. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Trim and prepare cannabis crops for packaging and distribution
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure optimal growing conditions
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage to management
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining the greenhouse and work area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Reliability and team player

Work Environment:

The Cannabis Trim Labourer will work in a wet/damp environment with odours and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Work Setting:

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week. Willingness to relocate is an asset.
