Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Delivery Professional who will be responsible for operating and driving company vehicles to pick up and deliver various items and products. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics and delivery services. They must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and navigate through busy streets safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick-up and Delivery Services: Operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials to customers and clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of delivered and received items, ensuring seamless inventory management and minimizing errors.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods from company vehicles, taking care to handle fragile or heavy items with precision.
  • Navigation and Directions: Use maps and GPS navigation to ensure efficient and timely deliveries, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in logistics and delivery services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
