Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors to ensure accurate estimates and project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information for estimates.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.

Work HoursThe work hours are 60 to 100 hours bi-weekly.
