Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, merchandising products, and executing marketing campaigns. You will also work closely with your team to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with regular customers
  • Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and promote our brand
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
  • Assist with production and baking tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Experience in handling cash, credit card, and debit transactions is an asset
  • Relevant retail experience is a strong asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 7.5 kg, and perform other physical demands of the job
