Job Title: Bath and Kitchen Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bath and Kitchen Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to our clients' bath and kitchen needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in the decision, purchase, and follow-up of their bath, kitchen, and lighting needs
  • Be accountable for client quotations, product sourcing, and general customer service
  • Build strong relationships with clients, homebuyers, homebuilders, contractors, and other members of the Emco team

Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus and relationship skills
  • Grade 12 education
  • Excellent math skills
  • High energy with strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, home construction, plumbing industry, or designing is an asset
