Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at The Ensuite Bath and Kitchen Showroom in Grande Prairie. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients in the decision, purchase, and follow-up of their bath, kitchen, and lighting needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
  • Assist clients in the decision, purchase, and follow-up of their bath, kitchen, and lighting needs.
  • Be accountable for client quotations, product sourcing, and general customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, including homebuyers, homebuilders, contractors, and other members of the Emco team.

Requirements

  • Strong customer focus and relationship skills.
  • High energy with strong communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office software.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, home construction, plumbing industry, or designing is an asset.
