Job Title: Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team at Empire Communities. As a key member of our Land Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing and developing complex financial models to support our residential development projects.

About the Role:
  • Post-secondary education in Real Estate, Planning, Finance, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience in residential development and/or finance
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in real estate underwriting, valuation, and modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing investment packages, status reports, and presenting findings
  • Acquisition analysis and providing recommendations based on complex financial modeling
  • Proforma analysis to review and assess various development options
