Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Leader to join our team at Next Power Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer of our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination and Control: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Objective Setting and Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation and Delegation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection and Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
