Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company\u2019s strategic objectives
* Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
* Manage the financial reporting and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
* Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance or a related field
* 2 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
* Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed business decisions
