Aircraft Coordinator, Industrial Engineering

At Bombardier, we're committed to delivering exceptional results in the aerospace industry. As an Aircraft Coordinator, Industrial Engineering, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Characterize planned and unplanned tasks, including RNC, BOI, Snags, and workbook activities.
  • Support production leaders in daily operations and during the Daily Morning Meeting.
  • Make production jobs executable by monitoring engineering disposition, parts availability, and documentation progression.
  • Support the leader and production team in daily planning and task execution.
  • Follow up on documentation related to aircraft completion progress.
  • Carry out impact analysis for issues encountered in production.
  • Be responsible for updating the planning of all aircraft, integrating impacts, constraints, and opportunities on the aircraft fleet.
  • Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations on schedule follow-up.
  • Participate and manage improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Global vision of the company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a production environment and present to senior management.
  • Dynamic and team-oriented individual with leadership skills.
  • Patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project and Excel.
  • Bilingual (French and English spoken and written).
