Key Responsibilities:

  • Characterize planned and unplanned work, including NCRs, BOIs, Snags, and Workbooks.
  • Support Manufacturing Leaders to achieve daily targets.
  • Monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedules.
  • Support Manufacturing Leaders and team leaders to perform daily detailed scheduling.
  • Track documentation according to aircraft manufacturing progress.
  • Perform cycle time impact analysis based on production issues.
  • Produce daily production schedules.
  • Responsible for maintaining aircraft schedules and optimizing overall schedules.
  • Drive schedule reviews meetings with upper management.
  • Identify and participate in improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Global vision of the business.
  • Customer-oriented (production and support function).
  • Comfortable in a production environment.
  • Analytical mind and comfortable presenting to senior management.
  • Dynamic and a team player.
  • Leadership skills and a willingness to take on challenges.
  • Patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
  • Functional in French, both orally and in writing. Proficiency in English is an asset.
