Key Responsibilities- Data Compilation and Document Preparation: Compile data to prepare documents, reports, and presentations for executive committees and boards of directors.
- Administrative Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to provide valuable insights.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations, to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to support business needs.
- Event Management: Manage events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Correspondence and Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Office, and database management.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, organized, reliable, team player, ability to multitask, and time management.
