Multimedia Department Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Multimedia Department Manager to join our team at Snakes x Ladders. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and maintaining production schedules, recruiting and supervising staff, and preparing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to achieve team goals
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Consult with government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations
- Liaise with authors, composers, producers, and directors to develop new content
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 to 37 hours per week
