Multimedia Department Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Multimedia Department Manager to join our team at Snakes x Ladders. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and maintaining production schedules, recruiting and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and preparing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support production needs
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Consult with government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations
- Liaise with authors, composers, producers, and directors to develop and produce content
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and team player
