Job Title: Physiotherapist (Mobility Team)

Job Summary:

Hawkesbury General Hospital & District General Hospital is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Mobility team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating clients' needs, identifying priorities, and developing treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients' needs and develop treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
  • Offer group sessions and community home visits as required

Requirements:

  • Masters of physiotherapy or equivalent education
  • Certificate of Registration of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Two years or more of clinical experience
  • Knowledge of both official languages
