Job Title: Physiotherapist (Mobility Team)

Job Summary:

Hawkesbury General Hospital & District General Hospital is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Mobility team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality care to patients with a wide range of conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide group sessions and community home visits as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • Masters of Physiotherapy or equivalent education
  • Certificate of Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in inpatient rehabilitation, ICU, ER, acute care, and outpatient clinics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
