Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Culinary Specialist to join our team at Walkers Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, handling repetitive tasks with ease.
- Physical Capabilities: Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate client focus, flexibility, and reliability, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
