Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at the Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and other support personnel.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and functions.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
- 2 years of experience as a senior kitchen manager or executive chef.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
