About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Mouse & Ru Preschool. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Engage children in activities through storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
Requirements
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE).
  • Punctuality, dependability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Work Environment

We offer a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek, working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to early childhood education and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
