About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at La Clé. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Activity Leadership: Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and learning, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, including planning and maintaining a clean and organized space.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a childcare setting is an asset.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certifications are required.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
