Job Description

Field Power Foods Inc. is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
