The Critical Mass team collaborates closely with our client in Cupertino to create applications that drive one of the world's most trafficked websites. We play an active role in helping our client connect their consumers globally through mobile, digital, and in-store experiences.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner with Creative, Development, QA, and stakeholder teams to deliver in-store demo unit experiences for our client. This role requires close collaboration with internal creative and development teams, as well as stakeholders.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types, including site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, and maintenance
  • 2+ years of experience managing iOS mobile application projects
  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget, and resource management/reporting and change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, and techniques
  • Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies
  • Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus
