Food Service Manager

At MR. SUB, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that all financial aspects of the food service department are managed effectively.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that all key performance indicators are tracked and analyzed.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
