Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled construction specialist to join our team at BRIGGS ROOFING AND SIDING LIMITED. As a construction specialist, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and cut materials to required specifications
  • Assemble and join materials to form structures
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying locations

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Reliability and team player skills

Work Environment:

  • Construction sites with varying locations
  • Renovation projects

Physical Demands:

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Handling heavy loads
