Are you a seasoned property management professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a highly skilled Condominium Property Manager to join our team in the heart of Toronto.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and award-winning property management company, providing condominium property management and consulting services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of properties in the Regent Park area.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in condominium property management, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency. You will be responsible for managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring maintenance standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operation of a portfolio of properties
  • Develop and present budgets for the Condominium Corporation, including Capital Expenditures
  • Chair Board of Directors meetings and prepare AGM packages and reports
  • Ensure timely collection of Common Element Fees from unit owners
  • Keep tight control on expenses to remain within budget targets and profit goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in condominium property management
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
