About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team at Anishinabek Employment & Training Services. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Administration: Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of program activities, including report production and administrative tasks.
  • Supervision: Supervise and support other technical support workers in the group, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to perform their duties effectively.
  • Policy and Program Experience: Collaborate with colleagues to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, ensuring they align with organizational policies and goals.
  • Functional Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in program administration or operations management, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: A college education is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of program administration and operations management.
