  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, tracking promotional plans, and Walmart supply chain metrics to ensure healthy fill rates.
  • Propose and manage new product rollouts and transitions, monitoring and providing feedback on competition and relevant sales/marketing data.
  • Foster trusted partnerships with customers through effective communication and timeline management.

Priorities:

This role requires a strategic sales leader who can drive sales growth, improve profitability, and develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Key priorities include achieving sales and margin targets, managing co-op and over-and-above funds, and rebates in compliance with external and internal process requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide coaching and training to the Walmart Analyst, support the maintenance and creation of reporting, and collaborate with the supply team to ensure accurate sales forecasts and consistent product availability.
