About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at JC's Banquet & Grill House. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing meats for processing and cutting, as well as selling meats to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to ensure they are free from contaminants and ready for processing or cutting.
  • Sell Meats to Customers: Provide excellent customer service and sell meats to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Grind and Process Meats: Grind meats to the required specifications and process them for sale.
  • Specialty Sausage Production: Create specialty sausages using a variety of meats and ingredients.
  • Slice Cooked Meats: Slice cooked meats to the required specifications for sale.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
