Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Condominium Security Guard to join our team at Condor Security Inc. in Richmond Hill. As a Condominium Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hotel-style front desk concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with residents, property management, and other stakeholders
  • Enforce property rules and regulations, and provide support to property staff as needed
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms, water leaks, and medical emergencies
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification (an asset)
  • Other industry-recognized certifications or experience (an asset)
