Job Title: Richmond Hill Condo Security Guard

Condor Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Guard to join our team in Richmond Hill. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our condominium community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide "hotel-style" front desk concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build a professional reputation by consistently upholding property rules and regulations
  • Effectively communicate and resolve conflicts with residents and staff
  • Support Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven experience
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for working with people
  • Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage
  • Other industry-recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
