Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that they are aligned with our organization's mission and values.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and promote a culture of quality and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in obstetrical care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Minimum one year of previous obstetrical experience required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or equivalent.
- Fetal Health Surveillance (FHS) course.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- S.T.A.B.L.E Program.
