Cari, a leader in digital healthcare solutions, is seeking an ambitious Cloud Success Program Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

This hybrid position requires a proactive individual with a passion for customer success and a keen ability to identify sales opportunities. As a Cloud Success Program Manager, you will play a key role in the client and customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, promoting product adoption, and growing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding and Training: Lead train-the-trainer style patient onboarding initiatives live at client sites and/or virtually, and train customers via our Learning Management System (LMS) software, virtually and in-person.
  • Program Implementation and Growth: Serve as the primary contact for program implementation, onboarding, and continued account growth; support your peers as a secondary point of contact on customers outside your core portfolio.
  • Relationship Building: Develop deep relationships within the client organization, driving awareness and excitement for our platform and outcomes for clinicians and patients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments and management, collaborating to drive business results. You will also be responsible for monitoring service performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and maximize deployment success.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in a sales or business development context; excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to uncertainty and change.
  • Education: Educated to degree level preferred but not essential.
