Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team at CanTech Diamonds Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage contracts and schedules
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Provide customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent
  • 1-7 months of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
