Job Title: Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team at CanTech Diamonds Inc.

Job Summary

The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as preparing minutes of meetings and seminars. This role will also involve scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and seminars
  • Schedule appointments and manage contracts
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conduct research and perform data entry
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and judgment
  • Organized and accurate
  • Client-focused and reliable
  • Time management and quick learning skills
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the hours are 30 per week.
