About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect, Workplace to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in architecting solutions to enable a modern workplace for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Challenge customers to think differently about their business challenges and design innovative solutions that maximize outcomes.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer business objectives.
  • Take leadership on enabling our sales, pre-sales, and post-sales teams on the value of Softchoice solutions for Hybrid IT.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in selling, architecting, and/or implementing workplace solutions with a focus on Microsoft M365 solutions.
  • Background in Public Sector with a strong background in Canadian or US public sector verticals.
  • Existing federal security clearance or ability to obtain it.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft M365 components and current certifications.
  • Required technologies: Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration, Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection, Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management.
  • Secondary technologies: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance.
