We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Unit Assistant to join our team at Royal University Hospital. As a Unit Assistant, you will provide essential support to our unit/department by performing a variety of tasks, including reception, clerical, portering, and cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the unit/department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Assist with portering duties, including transporting patients and equipment.
- Contribute to a clean and safe environment by performing cleaning duties and maintaining a high level of organization.
- Medical Administrative Assistant diploma

This is a full-time regular position with a regular schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work days and may be required to work occasional evenings or weekends.
