Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Late Night Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct inventory and ordering of food and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
