About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at 2583811 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.

  • Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.

  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Cuisine Specialties: Mexican cuisine.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
