Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Woodroffe Health & Beauty Spa. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring effective time management and task completion.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
