Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Woodroffe Health & Beauty Spa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Operations Management: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, monitor quality and production levels, and resolve work problems.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, establish work schedules and procedures, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and operations management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
