About the Role

Cooke Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, contacting customers for orders, and facilitating order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and relationships
  • Contact customers for orders and quotes
  • Enter sales orders into various order delivery systems
  • Facilitate and coordinate order fulfillment
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Initiate customer claims and resolve disputes
  • Supply sales materials and information to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
  • Individual drive and motivation to achieve sales targets
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and sales software
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration (an asset)
