Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Substitute Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. The successful candidate will possess a vibrant Christian faith, demonstrating the leadership of Jesus Christ, and be able to integrate Biblical values into all subject matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach students using lessons, discussions, and audio-visual presentations provided by the classroom teacher.
  • Effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and support staff.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff as a member of a professional learning community.
  • Have strong, positive interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Agrees to and adheres to the GCA Statement of Faith without reservation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred Certifications and Education: Bachelor of Education, AB Interim Certificate, AB Letter of Authority, or AB Permanent Certificate.
