Team Lead, Data Migration and Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead, Data Migration and Integration to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our Customer Enablement Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of data migration specialists in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of data migration specialists in delivering high-quality data migration services to our customers.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless data transfer and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement data migration processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Guides, and Training material, to ensure consistency and quality in data migration processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data migration and integration to ensure our team is always at the forefront of innovation.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of experience in data migration/transformation.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Expertise in CSV, JSON, and SQL databases.
- PowerPoint/presentation experience to help drive team and social events.
- Documentation experience to help document SOPs, Guides, and training material.
- Customer/Technical Service/Support experience.
- Ability to write and speak English fluently.
- Expertise in Python and Rails.
- Previous experience in the legal industry or legal technology services.
- Experience working with API-driven applications.
