At Carpet Plus Flooring, we are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement effective construction strategies to meet project goals

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
